Refund & Return Policy (Summary)
All sales are final unless the book arrives damaged or incorrect. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if the book is unused and in its original condition. Personalized or signed books and digital products are non-returnable. Customers cover return shipping. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if your order arrives damaged or wrong, and we’ll replace it at no cost.

Thank you for supporting my work as an independent author. Please read the following policy before making your purchase:
Returns
- Books may only be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, the book must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Books with obvious signs of use, damage, or wear cannot be returned.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email.
- If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items:
Personalized & Customized Copies
Please note that books which have been customized or personally dedicated at your request are non-refundable and non-returnable, except in the rare case of damage or defect upon arrival. We encourage you to carefully review your customization request before placing your order. Digital products (eBooks, audiobooks) are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
- If you receive a damaged book or the wrong title, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at: cmhansen.books@gmail.com with proof of picture evidence, as a replacement will be sent at no additional cost.
